I bought this to use for the nights my autistic son won't sleep and insists on turning all the lights on in the bedroom. It works beyond my expectations! It blocked out all the light and was comfortably snug on my face. The clip hasn't pulled my hair once (I have long, thick, curly hair that gets caught on everything).The life changing part of this mask was that I felt a huge difference in how rested I was after wearing it.So I decided to wear it every night, even nights when my son is awake. Not only does it still make me feel extra rested, the smug fit helps to tell my body it's time to go to bed. I've always had trouble falling asleep quickly, but this is has cut that time down drastically.The first time I put it on, it was pretty tight on my eyes, even after adjusting the strap. So I just moved the mask up a bit, so the straps were even with my brow bone. It works great like that - the mask is big enough that it will still block light in this position.

This mask feels great and it is really pretty. I haven't used the ear plugs, but I really like the mask. It is a bit small (I had to extend the strap as far as I could), but it works perfectly.

Colors bleed

Good quality eye mask and adjustable back strap. Feels good on your skin, well, it is silk!

Agree with other reviews... fit well but left dye on the sheets EVEN after being washed and just laying on my bed... disappointed. Will look for something else that doesn’t wreck my sheets (and they are wrecked).
