No way to keep it in place
I like the feel of them. I feel like they should come in different sizes since they were quite small for my breast size. I don't understand how you're supposed to keep them in place. There's no sticky adhesive to keep them stuck to your boob. I bought some tape to keep them in place. Well because of the substance that these are made out of the whole outside lining of the gel inserts came off with the sticky adhesive and started to just fall apart and chunks so now I have chunks of gel clumps.

I didn't notice much of a difference
I have reconstruction after mastectomy. My breasts are oblong instead of round so that there isn't enough roundness on the top of my breasts. I need to wear a special dress for an event. I usually use a bunched up scarf to push up my breasts and wear a formed cup bra. I needed a different bra for the dress and was hoping the push up inserts would help. I ended up having to stuff my bra with a scarf again.

Fantastic lift
These have great lift. I’ve never used an insert before so I was concerned with how comfortable they’re be but I’d forgotten I was even wearing them! They’re easy to clean too!
