I originally bought one for melt and pour soap. It works so well I ended up buying a second one so I can have 2 different bases melted at once. I have had both for a little over 1 year. Both are consistent on temp. I have never had my soap burn even when it sat in the melter for 12hrs . I would definitely recommend

I purchased this item about 2 years ago, and have used it pretty regularly in my candle making business. A couple weeks ago the on/off switch stopped working, which meant no power, but after emailing about the issue, I was given the option to either have a new switch sent to me or ship it back and have it fixed by the manufacturer (I would have to pay shipping both ways). I opted to fix it myself by drilling out the rivets at the bottom. Didn't find it difficult to do and now it seems to be working perfectly again. Replaced the rivets (which were destroyed) with screws.I appreciated the options to fix it since it was no longer in warranty, I was even sent a couple extra parts in case it happens again.Thanks so much for standing by your product!PS. It would be great if you would consider using screws in your products instead of rivets for easier access!

I thought I would love this as a Melt & Pour Soap Maker as it says it is for that too. Unfortunately the heater burns anything on the surface and the spout gets clogged all the time. It is useless. If you want a big crock pot that overheats, this is for you. Otherwise look elsewhere. IT IS NOT GOOD FOR SOAP MAKING!!!!

I make candles as a hobby. This is, hands down, the best thing I have ever purchased. Easy to use. Holds heat for a long time. Melts fast. Safe. I could not recommend it highly enough.

I love this wax melter! Total game changer! It is a capital investment but worth every penny!

Like many reviewer‘s before me have said, this is a fantastic wax melter. I love that it’s insulated and I don’t worry about safety issues as it is cool to the touch on the exterior. It also has one of the largest capacities in the hobbyist category. The one thing that is a real drawback for me, is the pouring spout. It splashes wax like crazy. It is not a smooth stream like it is on the digiboil. For that reason, I’m questioning whether or not it should be the one I choose for a second purchase. I’m scaling up rapidly and I need more wax melters. I just hate getting splashed with boiling hot wax every time I fill my pouring pitcher!

I purchased this wax melter a year and a half ago. It worked great, until it didn't. My melter now does not hold temperature at 212 the way it had consistently. The real problem is there is no customer service to help me troubleshoot this problem. I've emailed multiple times and there is no phone number to call to get help. The only reason I give it three stars is because it did work well and suit my needs---when it worked. Customer service is a zero. Maybe this review will get their attention, I hope so and will update it if I hear from them.

Love it!! It’s so easy to use & works really well for large groups. It’s not a presto pot but a real candle melter. It melts fast & holds a lot of wax. It’s not hot when you touch it so there’s no fear of people getting hurt. Best addition to my studio!! 💕
