This board measures a 1/2" thick.

Can you get it a bigger size? Not worries about thickness just seeing if you can make it bigger?

Ask the manufacturer. I’ve not seen a larger size for sale but they might make one.

There are different states but I did not see anything about adding a city.

Will this hold up to being kept outside in a covered patio?

If it’s protected from sunlight and weather (like rain), it should be fine.
