Helps me with my dried mouth, I have it every night before I fall in sleep and keep me well for 4-5 hours before I woke up again and get some more. So far I am very happy with it and recommend.

Why is this product so hard to find in Europe? It is absolutely essential for me due to severe dry mouth at night. I haven't found any pharmacia/apotheke in Italy, Germany or Austria that carries it. No other product works as well; not even close. I'm really glad I can find it on Amazon, but it's a lot more expensive than in the USA, like SO MANY THINGS.

I use this for dry mouth and it works perfectly. I don't love the berry flavour or the price, but will continue to buy it because it's the only product that works so well.
