My kitty had an allergic reaction - Great Customer Service
I did use this product for approx 6 months. My kitty loved the flavor. Within the six months she developed dermatitis. I did try allergic shots from my vet. Relief for about 10 days. After 3 rounds of allergic shots, my vet recommended we start the elimination process. This was the first product I tried and had results within a few days. I did have a full unopened bottle I could not return due to Amazon return policies. Customer Service for Plano Paws understood the issue and did provide a refund. There is no rhyme or reason to any allergy in humans or animals. This company was a breath of fresh air.

This is a must have!
Buy this! Our elderly family cat was constantly scratching and her skin was always twitching. We thought it was fleas but never saw any. Started giving her this daily and all I can say is holy cannoli this stuff works! She’s not itching, her fur feels amazingly soft, shiny and fuller (she’s old and was losing hair). I can’t recommend this enough. You can put it in food but it taste good enough to her to just eat it.

Stronger smell than I thought
Bought to put in my cats food as I heard it could help with flaky skin in their coats. I have been adding it to wet food because they won’t eat it alone. I think the smell is a bit too strong for them. Overall it could be combined with foods to get into their diet. I can’t say if I have seen a difference in the skin yet or not though.

This stuff is awesome!
I'm giving this 5 stars because I tried numerous things for one of my cats that had a serious issue with dry skin on her lower back by the tail. I'm not exaggerating, I used one pump on some wet canned food, mixed it up and within a few days the inflammation was completely gone and her hair started growing back and she was no longer acting so irritated.I have been using this once a week for all my cats and they all have healthy coats, no longer puking up hairballs (or at all) all the time, and something else I didn't even expect, which is they ALL look very healthy. The fat one slimmed down and the skinny one has gained some weight.

Not economical, but good
The bottle is already finished...The picky feral cat liked it...and it seems that the straying oppossum too. I thought it would just alone help to prevent cats from getting parasites, but I guess one needs to combine it with other means of prevention. The opaque bottle poured badly...a leakage...due to the pump...which explains also why it did not last longuer. Now I must say the animal's hair look like silk. It also helps with cats' hairballs apparently, making the process easier for the animal. Instructions are clear and it seems to be a good company. I know these are hard times, and I wished it was simply not as expensive... Do not give cats your food supplement it is dangerous for them and remember these Omega 3 are just for your own cat too...LOL. Fatty acids help to maintain your pet healthy. Pets deal with allergic reactions (flea/ear mites/food, etc. Or chronic disease/ cancer/ auto-immune, inflammations, etc.) and just like us, they can benefit from powerful healing food like nuts, flax and of course fish. In most of the cat foot we buy omega 6 are abundant because I guess they are cheaper? I personally try to avoid grains or cereals in food for animals because they provoke itchiness badly. In theory omega 3 should be given in small quantites 2 times a day (see the package for clearer instructions). This liquid supplement is very efficient dropped in the food as it is fast absorbed by the cat and its body cells. It would have been easier if the pump did not leak (the reason I had to pour the liquid into the food). That being said, I noticed a huge improvement in just one week. The reviews were very good mentioning ingredients are all natural and the product efficient. Well, I agree with them and recommend.

Update: seller contacted me unrequested to offer a refund so if you do try it for your cat, just discontinue if she has a bad reaction like-minded. Looks like you’ll probably get your money back at least.OriginalOur fatty catty eats everything but was wary of the smell. She sweetly ate it for three days anyway. First day fine. Second day, I dismissed a couple throw ups. Third day, it was like a throw up marathon and diarrhea too. I was so worried about her. Perhaps our bottle was bad, but won’t give her Omegas in big bottle form again.
