This charging dock is a great piece of kit. The build quality is solid, and the functionality is perfect and it works exactly as it should. The battery quality and capacity are also very good, providing long-lasting power. The charge speed is quick and efficient, making this a fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

Great product

Very please with product. Lower cost than the leading battery models. Charges quickly and have used it and the supplied batteries many times without any issue.

Worked fine until I plugged it in and the connecting port detached and is now rattling about inside the case. Sad!y not fit for purpose as I would expect it to last more than a couple of times plugging in. Is there anyway I can get a replacement or a refund as this particular one must be faulty UPDATE to above. I contacted Venom and as it was still in the 12month warranty period they quickly sent me a new one. 😁😁 I'll be leaving the cable plugged into the unit and just unplugging it from the other end though. Good service from Venom though

Excellent product. The batteries are superb.

I decided to pay attention to the good reviews for this product as I was sure that as a techy, I would be able to resolve the power issues associated with this charger by using the correct cables and power plugs. However, I should have listed to the numerous other reviewers that had issues charging the batteries.when it arrived, all the batteries charged correctly, all at once, I was thrilled! However when it came to charging the first few batteries that I'd used all the trouble started. Putting any more than one battery in the charger causes the LEDs to report a fault. When left none of the batteries would charge. One at a time they would charge. These problem were with the same wall socket, same power adapter and same cable as when I initially charged the batteries from new, all at once. I tried, different cables. With each cable I tried a 2.1A, 2.4A and 3A adapter. AND a different wall socket, as if that would make a difference but I wanted to be thorough. I even tried my power pack that should adjust depending on the draw the device requires. No improvement at all, one battery on its own would charge, not any more. And yes. Every time I unplugged the charger to try a different combination of cable, adapter and socket I took the batteries out. And no, the batteries weren't absolutely perfectly dead, they were of slightly different levels, all below the level of being able to properly power my son's Christmas presents. People have had success with these batteries and charger. To them I say: "Well done, good for you." To those people that haven't I say: "I should have listened." To those thinking of buying I say. "Take your chances if you like, but be prepared to return it if/when it doesn't work." For me it's: "Next time, just buy Duracell"

Slow to charge and not lasting as long as non re-chargeable ones.
