Physical therapist recommended working on flexibility and balance after ACL/bone spur surgery. THis works great! Super sturdy, solid material, works in hardwood floor without scratching, also on thinner carpet (which is great as you first try it). Slip resistant material for ease barefoot, socks or shoes. Simple to store. Inece you have your balance down, try doing squats. It’s a challenge to those core muscles! Definitely recommend.
