This is a good priced item but I'm not really sold on it. It doesn't seem to have the same effect as the other 60B product I was using.

I take probiotics for my gut health due to having GERD for the past 18 years. My gastroenterologist recommended them when we exhausted all other causes of gut discomfort while taking PPI meds. Sure enough, within days of starting the probiotics the relief came. I kept taking them and when other health issues occurred (gum issues last year, grade 3 OA of the knees) I read that probiotics may help with these too. I started researching on "microbiota" and nutrient absorption as well which was very interesting and helpful when learning about "gut health". The REVIEW: The FILLERS/ADDITIVES are standard or normal ones. They appear to have well chosen strains which is important. I only took (1) one pill per day given the high CFU count on this probiotic compared with my former one. So far, so good with this dosage. The BENEFITS I have noticed are gut comfort and bowel movements are healthy. Per my Internet research on reputable medical and health sites they often refer to gut health, aiding digestion and keeping the bad bacteria under control which also reduces inflammation as key reasons to take a probiotic. You can go "next level" with your probiotic research and focus on finding probiotics with the strains that work best for your condition. I like this probiotic and it was a very smooth transition from my former one.

Purple/blue probiotics I’ve been taking supplements to try and be healthier in my day-to-day life. I tend to switch and try different supplements often. I grabbed probiotics to replace the fiber supplements I have because you just have to take SO many for decent bowel movement impact. I decided to try and address the overall health of my gut with probiotics. These are easy to swallow and I have no issues since taking them. My only complaint is the suggested dosage. I’m used to only taking one of every pill in my regimen. This could easily be really high value because there’s 60. This could last two months. If I followed the recommendation this would only last me 20 days, and I find much less value in that compared to other probiotics on the market. Just something to keep in mind when looking for the price comparison with suggested serving size! 60 is a lot unless you have to take 3 a day and it’s only a 20 day supply.

I've noticed a big improvement in my gut health over the past few months of taking probiotics. I have worked up to this dose. I really like that these capsules are in 20 Billion CFU per capsule. This gives me the ability to bump up my dose. I have been taking these 2 per dose for 40 Billion CFU. This will last me 30 days with this dosage. At the 60 Billion CFU this bottle will last 20 days. These capsules are easy to swallow and have not smell or after taste.
