Did the job.

Satisfied, but room for improvement. The tubes that the flag poles sit in are a bit big at around 1-5/8” inside diameter. Most flag poles are 1”. I used 1” pvc, which has an outer diameter of around 1-5/16”, then drilled a hole through the pvc to lock in the flagpoles. It would be nice if there was an adapter kit depending on size of your poles. The neck on this holder has 3 holes to choose from to secure to hitch. I positioned on my Jeep so that the poles are as close to the spare tire as possible, then used bungee straps to secure poles the the spare for added support. I used mine for the first time today, I chose to top out at 40 MPH and did fine with the flag poles I bought when I bought this holder (pic of poles with this review).

Does the job but i dont think its powder coated more like painted and it comes off easy and now its rusting after one day of use and the hardware is definitely not stainless cause its rusted too. Stainless doesnt rust to my knowledge if so very little, And its kinda sturdy. When you bolt it together and put the flags in it still moves where the two bolts go so it will eventually waller the holes out and be no good... i dont think it was worth what i paid for in my opinion
