Look really hard wearing and good value for money. The grips are easy to get on and off. Would recommend.

Great for icy dog walks. Does not replace proper crampons on the mountains though.

We took these to northern Sweden in March, they worked very well, could walk with confidence on ice. They get easier to put on over time, partly because the rubber loosens a bit with stretching, partly because we got better with practice. Can only give 4 stars because we've only had them for a short while and I don't know how long they will last, the rubber must perish at some point. They were worth it for the one holiday alone though.

Used them on icy walks in various towns in the north of Norway. Didn't slip once😊.

Used in Iceland. Initially provided very impressive grip, but snow tended to clump on the crampons until it felt like walking on golfballs. Then a clip broke, making them less useful. Overall these might be alright for casual use but I wouldn't rely on them for anything extreme. If I needed to use a pair again I would buy a more expensive set of micro-spikes.
