Blue feels same as red
Wanted more resistance than the red, my first. So purchased blue which is listed as stronger, it was the same product as before but a different color, now. Disappointed mostly for the price and promise. Red was great though.

Working great so far, good price. I bought a few other forearm trainers and this one has the best rope system using a wide belt is nice. I’ll update this review if I notice any changes
