Black Mountain Products Exercise Balance Stability Disc with Hand Pump, Green

I have used this on/off now for several years to force me to maintain good posture which helps my lower back. I now use it as the table I sit at has foam cushions which cause my back to sink even further. Easy to inflate with the tool sent with the cushion. Another coworker tried my cushion as well and liked it. It can also be used for workouts and to work on balance.

Great product, as described! I initially thought the needle for the pump is missing but it is stored in the pump (and there is a spare one).

There was no air pump with it.

Bought this to use as a conditioning tool for my sport dog. Using to build the core and also rear-end awareness. Great value so far and has held up very well against my dog’s nails. Very durable.

It's hard for me to tell if I have a defective product or not. I received it uninflated, as expected, and on inserting the pump the first time, the tip broke off. Thankfully there was a backup included, which I affixed, and then began pumping. The relief is fantastic - I'm going through a bout of piriformis, and it's helpful to sit on the disk during the work day, and practice one-leg standing. I've also used it so far to make one-arm planks a bit more engaging for the core. However, the disk WILL NOT retain air. No matter what, it's deflated within an hour, and I've found myself pumping it up 3-5 times a day just to keep it going. It's extremely irritating, and I'm not sure how much longer I'll put up with it before buying a disk from a different manufacturer.

I love this thing. My balance skills and overall strength is improving. This helps for sports that use your legs. So basically everything!

Well my return window closed before I could use this product but when I first inflated this using the mini pump provided, it developed a dent that wont go away. This is not even fully inflated but still has this thing.

Quite sturdy and well made. Came inflated, do haven't used the pump yet.
