I am very impressed with the quality of light this lamp yields. The light cover gives it a very Art Deco classic look with a modern twist that compliments my bedroom very nicely. I really like that it is light weight and I can easily move it around to another part of the room, if needed. The box came with all of the pieces and directions, however, I watched an Amazon customer's video tutorial on setting up the piece, which was well done, in that it only took me 3-4 minutes to assemble the piece together and very easily. I may try to use a different LED color bulb, such as a light blue, just to see the different light feature effect. The box showed the yellow/gold hint of color on the cloth cover, just as it appears online, but on the other side of the box it featured a picture showcasing the light in a purplish tone. On a final note, you will not be disappointed with your purchase. The price and ease of assemble and the finished look are worth the investment.

Bought for my daughter’s house! Had to stretch it together but the soft light was so worth the effect the cloth and mold produced, it was worth the effort! Very unusual looking lamp but you know that!

Great lamp!!

This lamp is perfect for a dark corner in my living room. I have it behind the TV, which is on a console. It is not a glaring light at all, but rather a warm soft glow that makes the room feel cozy. The assembly was tricky because my cat wouldn't leave the string alone for the final step, but once assembled you can stretch the fabric or leave it wrinkled, and it looks great either way.

I was about to return this while I keep cursing China piece of junk. But after my wife looked at it she said the circle wire needed to be flipped; not how the instruction has it otherwise the fabric won't fully cover the lights. Again, the bottom circle wire needed to be flipped in order for the cloth to fully covered the lights. Hope this help someone. Also be prepared to use a wrench to tighten simple rod, poorly made shoulb be easily screwed on using hand. But after putting it together it does look beautiful!

Used for light in a corner of a room. For a warm light. LED’s are too bright and shade doesn’t look like picture in description. Assembly is pictures only. Need some written as well. Shade is ugly and had no string. It’s elastic

Amazingly simple contemporary light at a fraction of the price one would expect. Easy to assemble and disarmingly simple in construction and materials. Great background lighting for our living room but not intense lighting for reading or detailed work. Note that it is white when light is off and yellow tint is from off-white bulb color frequency.

I was surprised when I unpacked and it was an LED strip instead of a bulb, but that is what makes this lamp great. Instead of a bulb lifting up one part of the lamp, the strip makes the whole thing glow uniformly, which is what I was hoping for! I am only disappointed that they are now out of stock, because I was thinking of buying another one!
