Love all Dr. Clark's Vitamins

Used with the cleanse and provides a nice lift. I used just one capsule. Good to take in the morning (for energy) and then take orthinine (for sleep) at night. They seem to balance each other out very well.

I always make sure to have Arginina from Dr Clark. Helps me with my energy levels. Feel good after taking it.

When they say you need Arginine to help with insomnia during a parasite cleanse - they mean it! Wouldn't have survived without this. (You also need Ornithine, which I omitted from my order and had to buy locally).

bought because was currently recommended with parasite cleanse. quite honestly can't say they are doing anything for me, at least not anything i can notice. only taking the one a day bottle recommendation and only started doing so after day 4 of program when i got to higher doses on program, so perhaps why they don't seem to be doing anything special. think current parasite program tells you to take 1 3X's a day. I forgot to take one today and i feel no different than i did yesterday when i did take one of these. I am taking 1/4tsp of pure vitamin c like the previous program version recommended everyday so maybe that is doing what this is suppose to do since there was no mention of even taking this in older program manual. eitherway, i definitely had to start using the much needed ornithine capsules and technically these two products work hand in hand so i will continue taking at least one a day when i don't forget that is...however, i don't think it is really needed!

This really helps remove ammonia from the brain and body,wakes you up and makes you feel great!

I only bought this because someone commented you should take it with the parasite cleanse, but I didn't realize how bad it is for me. I get coldsores, and this is one of the worst things I could take. It is in chocolate and nuts and fights against or/cancels lysine, which helps fight cold sores so this bottle didn't get used.
