Stopped working in 5 seconds, dead now
As soon as I plugged it into my laptop and connected both my monitors to the 2 HDMI ports, it worked for about 5 seconds and then the device just died. It lost power and is not working anymore. Waste of money.

Runs hot and unreliable
Runs hot - I have to use a usb fan blowing on it to cool it. And already, the usb-c power port won't work, so I can't charge my laptop through it, and the unit stops working if I add a 4th usb device - even though it has 3 more empty ports. Very unimpressed and would not buy it again. I have been using it for less than 1 month.

HDMI ports not work properly
Waste of money, highly not recommended. Firstly all HDMI ports are not working or flickering it after sometime of use. Secondly, the dual screen software doesn’t support to connect 2 screens with this dock. No other technical issues. All has tested the same HDMI cables and screen and Laptop are working properly with Different dock or connector but not with this one.

Does not support Dual monitors on MacBook
The description is inaccurate; the device does not support extending desktops across two monitors on a MacBook Pro M2, but only mirrors the display. Despite reaching out to support, I received no response after a week, so I returned it.
