I love it, I want another
Looks great, can't smell anything and I can put the other supplies on top! I have one pad under the actual litter box incase something happens but I've had it for about 3 months and no issue. I Blalock the doors with a cat tree, basically the corner is the cats' lol, but I don't think I'd have a problem with the doors being pushed opened. Took a while to assemble but top 5 Christmas gift!

Scratch pad
Love the litter box it works so well. The only problem I'm having is finding a replacement scratch pad for it

It wasn't dog proof for me
I wish there were a smaller footprint for my particular space, but I don't know how that would happen. Shortly after assembling, the pad on the bottom of one of the feet came off. It didn't take long for one of the legs to come off as well. After that, my problems have largely been unique to my situation.My German Shepherd was still able to access this, at least somewhat, thus beginning a battle of wits between her and I. I ended up turning it around and facing the wall so that the cat could get in it but not the dog. Problem was, I couldn't either unless I moved this piece of furniture every time. This would constantly lead to the broken leg causing problems, and eventually a second leg broke off. I ended up taking all of the legs off, and laying this thing on its back. The cat has to get a little extra exercise jumping up and into it, and cleaning it is much much easier. It only looks weird.

Takes a while to put together but great space saver
It took a while to put together. I haven't put anything heavy on top but it works for what it's supposed to do.I like having the little trashcan and scoop inside so little ones cant get ahold of them.I had an XL litter box but it was a very snug fit. Decided to get a smaller one since it's just one cat and now the scoop and trashcan fit perfectly inside without getting in the way.

Wow! So happy with this washroom.
I was a bit skeptical of buying this due to low reviews, but I took my chances because I was desperate for solving the litter box problems. This washroom arrived on time and came with easy to follow, step-by-step instructions. It fits perfectly in my designated space and looks very stylish, matching my decor. I like it so much that I’ll probably end up buying a second washroom for our other litter box.

Have a cat that kicks litter out? You need this!Have a dog constantly trying to eat cat litter crunchies? YOU NEED THIS!Easy to assemble.Sturdy enough for my 13 lb cat.Even more awesome that I can keep my cats bowl on top to keep the pup out of that as well 🙃🙃

You can't find the proper size cardboard replacements anywhere
The furniture looks decent, built well, but the cardboard scratchers are impossible to replace because no one sells that size anywhere.

Great at keeping litter in!
It keeps the litter in great. The only reason there is litter in the photos is because we had a litter genie there and had just scooped. The cats all fit in it which is great as well. They are up to 20 pounds.
