I love this mattress topper, this is the second one I've had. My mattress is of reasonable quality, but this mattress topper makes it more comfortable without heating up like some memory foam can, which might be due to the eggshell detail. I believe this helps with aches and pains as the support suits me and aids a good nights sleep.

Amazing and comfortable

I've had mine for a year. It is miraculous for comfort, but has steadily disintegrated. Everytime I change the sheets, a little more has broken away. Time to go to the tip now, I think. Next one I buy will have a cover, at least!

I've been using this product for a couple of weeks now, and in terms of comfort- I love it! Firm but soft, supporting and really good movement isolation. Now onto the things to note- This item is not as crated as it appears on the images, meaning it's actually not as cooling as advertised. It is a very warm mattress topper, and is not different in heat retention to my previous one which was a basic, flat memory foam. Secondly- the smell. I left this topper to air for 24h before putting it on the bed, and it didn't seem to smell. Weirdly enough, the smell appeared when I started sleeping on it. There was a really strong ammonia like smell (not urine, just strong chemicals that hit the back of your throat funny). It made me sneeze and made my eyes itchy so made sleeping on it difficult. This faded over about a week. All that being said, it is the comfiest topper I've ever had and I would buy again despite the above!

Comfortable but as others have said within a few weeks the topper has torn in the middle I emailed their support team to try claim the warranty on it but guess what no response in over 9 days. Their email states 5 days just another typical Amazon Chinese brand not honouring warranty on a defective product I'll now get Amazon to collect it and issue a refund.

A bit strange this one, it arrived on time, not used it yet, but it does look the part, we have opened and left out to do its thing for a couple of days as suggested. There is a smell, probably because they shrink wrap it as soon as its come out of the mould. However, this one seems to have been cut with a blunt bread knife by someone wearing a blindfold. It is absolutely a mess, it is not a true shape, one end is wider than the other and whatever they used to cut it was not up to the job, it is jagged, slanted and in some areas little chunks are missing. Poor quality control, if any. We actually tore a little bit off as we unwrapped it, probably due to the jagged edging. As it happens we are cutting it down to fit our mattress, but even so, it should be delivered in the right shape, would look really odd if it was ordered as a fit for a particular bed size.. Will do a follow up review once it has been slept on for a while.

Really Great Product. Lots of Compliments from guests on the difference it makes to their comfort & nights sleep. Now have one for almost every bed. Definitely worth the investment.

I wish I had bought this sooner. Since using it, it has helped both my and my spouse's back and joints compared to our (too firm) memory foam mattress. In contrast, the topper is soft, yet supportive and has helped make me love our bed. It's not the thickest topper, but it's not thin either. I think it's reasonable for the price. It did have a very strong odour that seemed stronger than other memory foam products, and it lingered. Months later, I still sometimes get a whiff of it. Rotating it during sheet changes might prolong its life, but I will report any premature breakdown.
