These socks are made with good, thick, soft material and in non-binding design quality. My shoe size is 8, but I ordered big & tall men's 13-15 size knowing they tend to come small. And I was right as I tried the very first pairs that just fit my feet perfectly! But then I was disappointed after the first wash and dry: they all shrink a bit that they become bit tight to my size 8 feet. Guess all these diabetic socks have the same issue. As for the durability, I don't wear them long enough to make a judgment at this time. Since then, I have placed and received my second order from the same vendor (12 pairs of crew). They look like in the same quality. Overall I like and recommend these socks (from Diamond Star)

The size I am reviewing is "Big & Tall Men's 13-15/ Fits Men's Shoe Size 9-14".My actual foot size is 12 1/2. So I assumed that these would fit well, but they do not. Even before washing, the "foot" part of the sock was too short. What should be the back of the heel ended up under my heel, and the "top" of the sock was therefore pulled way down in back. Also, the foot may be too loose for some people or uses; it does not conform to your foot.However, the foot of the sock is nice and roomy, and the top stretches comfortably. They might have been fine for casual use, but they are just too short in length.

Horrible socks. Perfect example of you get what you pay for (you'd think I'd have learned by now). Super scratchy, fabric feels like it was made from recycled plastic. Cheap stitching, big folds at toe. Runs small. I wear a woman's size 11 (men's 10) but can't find woman's socks that are big enough especially after washing. I ordered the men's size 13 - 15! Probably would 't fit after washing. Put on for less than 1 minute to check fit, took off, and they were horribly stretched out like there was no elasticity at all. Oh, and they had a horrible chemical smell.

The material is thin, not soft, does not stretch well, and there is no defined heel. In addition, the sizing is incorrect. I ordered size 13-15 which is supposed to fit shoe sizes 9-14. I wear a 12 1/2 shoe and these are too small. Also, the ankle area is too tight, leaving a deep indentation. The best I can say is they were cheap, so maybe use once and throw away.

My husband had swelling in his ankles. The other socks i bought were always too tight but these socks with the elastic tops are bery comfortable. I highly recommend them. Also my husband wears a size 13 shoe so I bought the larger size and they are perfect.
