This is probably the best bottle I have ever purchased. I was looking for something that would arrive fast and this one jumped out at me. I thought it looked really nice. Needless to say, it looks even better in person. It was a very nice surprise. It's very sleek looking and well constructed. Perfect size for me in terms of volume, and overall how it fits and feels in my hand. The insulation of the glass is great as well. With hot water inside, the outside gets slightly warm, but no where near being uncomfortable to hold. The caps are well constructed as well. Easy to open, great seal. I also love that each cap can screw into whichever end of the bottle. I have had this for 1 day and was extremely pleased with my first use. I'd highly recommend this to anyone

Gifted these to my friends who love them. This product makes drinking tea on the go easy and keeps tea hot. The caps on both ends makes it convenient to fill and clean. I have an older one from a different company, but the style on that has one cap that is rounded. I’m envious of the design on this one, which allows you to rest it on either end. Great product. Might buy one for myself soon.

Awesome product. Could be a little bigger, only makes about 10 oz of tea. Great gift idea. Easy to clean.

The design and material are nice. However the main purpose of double wall is to keep it warm for long, and this bottle doesn’t keep warm at all..... besides, it’s quite easy to end up with leaking because the bottom is also screwed on. It’s great design as it allow easy cleaning. But the sealing parts was poorly manufactured, hence quite difficult to screw it back properly to have a good seal, end up leaking easily. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm updating my rating to 4-star after giving it a second try, and have been using for about a year now. It's good quality glass that it's easy to clean, haven't chip or crack with normal usage so far. The seal/leak issue seem to a common problem many other review mentioned. I initially experience it often also. But then after using it "properly" for a while, you get used to on the how and tightness needed to avoid leaks. So, some learning curve. Good: it does keep my tea warm for long enough. To the owner's point, You cannot compare this directly to some Japanese brand-name stainless steel thermos. Those are meant to keep hot water hot warm overnight. But since they are stainless steel, you are not supposed to use them for tea. For tea-drinking, it's meant to brewed and drink within an hour or two anyways. So, the ability of keeping it warm for enjoying the tea, I actually think it's just about right. Good: able to open on both ends, allow me to clean it easily. and the quality of glass is actually pretty good that any of my tea stain on the glass can be rub off so easily. To be Improved: the seal is definitely something to be improved on. It takes learning curve to tighten it "properly". And when it's done proper, it actually seals it so good that the vacuum is so difficult to open. I sometimes filled it with hot hot water, and forgot about it after ~3 hours. The whole tumbler is cool to room temperature already, and created some vacuum inside. It took so much effort to open it again because the vacuum is sealing it so good. In a way, my good and bad points above a somewhat contradicting themselves. But wouldn't it be cool if somebody come up with a design that can tackle both front? It's a challenge. :) That being said, I'm pretty happy with this tumbler actually. I will buy again if this one break somewhere down the road.

I've been using mine several times a day for about a week and I'm in love. When I pour tea in a mug it gets cold too quickly. Because it's double walled and sealed, this infuser bottle keeps the tea piping hot for a long time without burning my hands, making the experience much more enjoyable. It's true that you need to pay attention to the gaskets inside the lids and make sure they are seated properly but it takes only a few seconds at most. Watch some of the review videos for suggestions about this. I rely on reviews when I make purchases which is why I'm taking the time to write this. When I was looking for this tumbler, I found a close competitor with only one cap versus two on the Pure Zen. Here's why the Pure Zen works for me: when brewing herbal tea, I will often leave the tea in the water for longer. The Pure Zen allows me to do this because I flip the bottle upside down with the infuser on the bottom. This way when I drink, I remove the top cap without removing the infuser that is now secured on the bottom. I do not brew black or green tea this way because most have shorter brew times than herbal infusions. If you like the flexibility, this is the tumbler for you. Not to mention it's beautiful and sleek which adds to the enjoyment of my tea breaks. Buy it!

This was a gift for my grandson and he thoroughly loved it. He thought it was so cool. He could use it for other things than tea and infuse water. It was really cool. I’m gonna get one for me.

Good Quality and like the product.

I am always very busy, and I have little time to stop and make tea or even stay hydrated. I love this tea tumbler and use it several times a day as a very quick way to make healthy alternatives to sugar loaded drinks. The tumbler is easy to use, both at home and at the office, and really easy to clean as both lids can be removed. The strainer keeps all the tea leaves inside unlike the flimsy mugs with only a small filter at the top. No leaks so far. Overall, I enjoy this tumbler. It encourages me to drink tea more often :-) The travel sleeve is an added bonus and it protects the glass. I highly recommend it for any tea drinker, and I’ll definitely buy more as gifts.

Major issue is the tea strainer doesn't fit onto the lid properly and no matter how you try to screw it on, it ends up being crooked (as shown in photo). Additionally, unsure if it is a manufacturing defect of the cup or I haven't gotten used to using it yet, but it will occasionally leak and I will have to readjust the gasket to ensure a proper seal. To be quite honest, never had to fiddle with the gasket in other bottles. Expected better quality for this price.
