What size would u suggest for 26" neck, 25 chest, 26", in length

I have a 65 lb. golden retriever (neck 18, chest 30, neck to rear length 28) and a size large fits her perfectly. The head part is just a slip through style hole so that might be an issue according to your measurements (lrg 26" neck and smaller body). There is a large velcro patch on the chest so that fit is somewhat adjustable. Love the jacket, seems well made and stays on despite rolling around and playing rough with our other dogs.

Does this jacket cover the dogs belly fully?

No it does not cover the belly fully. It does cover more than most though. I absolutely love this jacket. I have a rat terrier who is over weight and has a thick neck and this jackect fits great. It slips over his head then goes between his front legs then velcros on either side of the belly. The part that goes around the neck has a notch so allows for him to sniff the ground without choking him

Does this have a reflector line?

Yes, there's a thin line of reflective material around the zipper on the back, it's not super noticeable however

Late answering this, but hopefully helps others with sighthounds/sighthound mixes. I recommend sizing up one size above the measurements for a sighthound/heavy-chested dog. My dog is a border whippet. I bought him a Medium according to the sizing recommendations (he has a 27" chest), but it barely fitted on the widest setting. I really liked it otherwise. It's very hard for us to find coats that are compatible with his Ruffwear Harness so I kept it. I just bought a large with the hope it fits better around his chest and fits longer as well.
