Less hair stress
Some experts say we don’t need biotin. However, I find that the biotin works well for me along with 500mgs of vitamin C and 500 mgs of pantothenic acid. My hair is stronger and there is less hair damage.

It works!
Ever since I started taking this supplement I’ve noticed my hair and nails growing at a faster rate. My hair was thinning out and this has helped my hair grow a lot more. I have this on a subscription and don’t have to worry about ever running out.

Wish I could take it
I liked the effects of biotin except found out in can skew blood work so I stopped taking it. I have blood issues right now and need accurate numbers.

I've taken a lot of biotin sups over the years. I think I finally found the one! It takes about a month or so, but I definitely noticed new hair growth and my hair is thicker when I go to put it up. My hair stylist said the same when I was complaining about my hair being difficult to style (hahaha). I didn't realize I had so much new growth that my hair wasn't doing it's normal "thing." I can definitely play the waiting game with these kind of results!
