Ok so-Customer service is amazing, fast replies (like less than a day), and they're super kind-It comes with three types of keycap pullers, multiple replacement switches (including switches different types of switch replacemtsn)- its super easy to connect using bluetooth-THERES SO MANY BACKLIGHT OPTIONS-The keycaps are so cute-and the price is amazing

I was looking for a secondary keyboard for my gaming laptop, sufficed to say this one not a good one. While it is pretty I randomly get js popping up in game chat. Additionally the product feels cheap. Lesson learned, spend the extra money to get a nicer one.

Does not work with my Xbox!!!
