like the others have said, order a full size up! also be aware these are quite narrow and may not work on wider feet. but if you have a narrow foot and get the right size, they're very comfortable and great looking. I am normally an 8 and ordered an 8.5 to try- they were too small for me but fit my size 7.5 mom perfectly.

My daughter is on high school cross country for the first time. She needed spikes. She normally wears a size 5 in women's but was lent a pair of size 6 Saucony spikes that felt a little small. We ordered her a size 6.5 which fit perfectly. So far, she is very happy with them. They seem to be similar to what the more experienced runners wear. I was thrilled at the price since all of this is new.

These shoes arrived very quickly and are so cute. My 17 year old actually stole them from me because they are a very beautiful bright pink color. They are very comfortable - I also have this same pair in a bright neon yellow. I wear them when we go hiking and I have been stopped in public by other women to ask where I got them. They are a tad narrow for those of us with wide feet but they are not uncomfortable at all. I was able to wear them for several hours on the trails. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely purchase another pair.

Beautiful shoe, if you have narrow feet. Tried getting multiple sizes 1-2 sizes larger than my daughter's normal size, but everything was supper narrow regardless of how large we tried sizing up. While most shoes my Saucony have a wider fit, their spike cross country/ track shoes are definitely on the narrow or even extra narrow side. The quality of the shoes is excellent, but I would advise look at another brand, unless you have a narrow foot.

Bought these for my daughter for running middle distance in track n field. According to her, the shoe fits well and r very comfortable. She uses them w/o the spikes to train in and is wanting me to purchase another for jus her meets. So I guess I'm buying another pair. Her regular shoe size is a 9 1/2 and after reading some reviews. I bought a full size up 10 1/2 & they fit perfectly. She's very happy with Dads choice of purchase!!! MOSDEF purchasing these again very soon.

I purchased these shoes on sale for casual wear. I had read that the spikes were removable, which was great. They came in a separate baggie. I loved the colors and was very excited to receive them in the mail. I ordered a size 10, which is a full size up from my typical 9. Unfortunately, these shoes were just not designed for my wide feet. After loosening the laces, I was finally able to get them on, but they pinched the top of my foot to the point that I wore them for less than 2 minutes before boxing them up and shipping them back. They might be great for someone with regular or narrow feet, but not for me.

I've used these for 6 months working at a hospital (I just leave the spikes off) and they still feel great. I have a high arch and these shoes seem narrower than other brands, so they provide great support. They are lightweight too, so my feet don't feel weighed down.

I purchased these for my daughter. After reading the reviews, we purchased a 1/2 size larger than she normally wears. They are a little snug--but, a full size up would have been too large. She likes them a lot and has no complaints about the comfort of the shoes. She only uses them for races and we've not had them long so we can't speak to durability yet; but, so far--so good!
