It works! Straightens out lumbar spine!
Instant comfort for my pinched nerves! Without the support given by the cushion my toes go numb. For car or kitchen it's going with me everywhere. Thinking of getting another.

Firm support elevates hips above knees in my car
I bought this to raise my hips above my knees in my compact car to help with piriformis syndrome. It has definitely helped. I use it in conjunction with a lumbar support designed for car seats and my pain is a lot less, including on longer rides. This is NOT SOFT if that's what you're looking for. It is firm and I don't sink down into it, which is what I wanted. (I'm 5'4" 123lbs)

Nice cushion for car seat
This cushion has been wild. I mostly like it. It's much more firm than my last one. I use this in my car as my daily commute is rather long. My biggest issue is in the winter the cushion gets really hard sitting in the car overnight due to the cold temperature. When it's sat in the sun it's very comfortable. I'm general it provides nice support. I was concerned upon opening it might not ever come to the right shape but it did over about 2-3 days.

Comfy, long lasting - very supportive not too soft
I have had one of these since 2016, I have tried others but this one is the most supportive and stops hip pain and stiffness on car journey. I recently just purchased another for a European trip and left it with the person kind enough to lend me her car, because she loved it too - if you get stiff hips because car seats tip back this is the solution and it will last years - the velour has rubbed off the original but the foam is still holding up and stays in the car all seasons in MI so has gone through extreme temps every year.Others I have purchased that look more shaped just do not give the same support as a 3 car family, I have tried a few seat cushions; rather than moving the wedge to each car I drive when I drive it.

Comfortably firm with perfectly tapered shape
I chose this one because it is narrow enough for my car seat + thick enough to elevate me, keeping my knees level with or below my hip line, for optimal lumbar spine comfort. It's tapered nicely so my legs aren't also elevated - just my 'posterior' is. Happy with how firm it WAS and that my lower back wasn't tense & achy after driving. Non-slip grip on the bottom holds it in place really well when I'm getting into/out of my car. The problem... I'm in my car only 2 or 3 days weekly and 2 hours on each day, yet in less than 2 months it's noticeably less firm and therefore thinner. I'm 5'9" & 135 lbs so my weight or center of gravity isn't to blame. Don't want to have to buy another but will have to soon at this rate! However I won't buy this one again.Size, shape, design, fabric: 5 stars / longevity: 1 star

Best I’ve used for lower back pain
Great for plane ride. Wedge shaped doesn’t lift thigh to high in seat. Best I have used on long fights. Does compress down

Very Helpful on Long Flights
Lets face it, no cushion is going to magically make sitting in airline seats comfortable. For the price point and ease of carry, this definitely made sitting for 5+ hours a lot better than going without.I regularly have to take 5-6 hour flights, and plane seats have been taking more of a toll. Blame my lack of natural padding, who knows. I typically spend the entire flight shifting from one cheek to the other, leaning forward - anything to take the pressure off my backside. I was looking for a solution that wasn't the $100+, 6lb purple cushion solution. After lots of research, this is the one and only cushion i purchased and im glad i did. The first time i used it I was worried i had wasted my money, basically exchanged $30 for a slightly different kind of discomfort. Soon i realized that it had been 4 hours and i had barely shifted in my seat.PROS:- Lightweight & easy to carry, but ill be sewing on a small strap to connect it to luggage.- Firm foam that compresses & supports but doesnt disappear.- A 6 hour flight will never be 100% comfortable, but this definitely cut down on the constant squirming and repositioning i typically have to do.- the wedge shape means the back of your thighs arent being cut into- the tailbone cutout DEFINITELY helps!- doesnt slip on the airplane seat, and the traction dots on the bottom give it just enough grip so its easy to reposition- Bright blue, so people know youve got a sensitive bottom.- DEFINITELY worth the price.CONS:- The main complain i see with all cushions is that they are not wide enough. While this certainly doesnt cover the whole seat, I think this is to make sure it can be used on wide range of seats. There are times one thigh or the other would get irritated by the edge of the cushion, but that is just a matter of readjustment.- on some planes, it lifts you up enough that the arm rests are a bit too low. This varies by Airline and plane.
