Q: Are these allowed passed airport screening?

My guess is no. The largest amount of liquid or get allowed is 3.4 oz and each ice pack is 8 oz of gel.

Q: Has anyone tried using this in the six pack bag? Does it fit into the main compartment's slots?

I would use two 8 oz. packs and place them between the cans. This would keep your drinks the coldest.

Q: Is it made with sodium polyacrylate? What is food grade ingriedients gel made from?

The ingredients aren't listed. The writing on the package states, "NON-TOXIC, REUSEABLE, WATER SOLUBLE, NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION."

Q: How do you wash or clean the fabric on these?

Soap and water will work fine. Don't use a brush as that will fray the fabric.
