I have had a few injuries to my wrist, where I fell ice skating, broke it in a car accident, broke it falling from a road bike, and fell mountain biking. You'd think I'd learn something, but, apparently not. I had to stop jiu jitsu and yoga because the pain of baring down on it became too much. I bought these hoping for SOMETHING and I was not disappointed. These really did the trick in taking the pain away. I gave it a test when they arrived and did a few yoga moves, push ups, and burpees... which have been quite painful for years... and it was like magic, i about fell over because I could do the moves without cringing or stopping too early. I recommended it to a friend who is really into yoga and has had similar injuries as me, and she found the same results to be the case. You wont be disappointed and it will definitely take the down or away completely... worth it.

I really loved these while I was in the midst of my yoga practice. I suffer from arthritis in my thumb joints and it has made yoga nearly impossible. I was finally able do yoga without pain and everything was so enjoyable and I was thrilled! It is true, the finger holes dug into the creases between each finger and while it was not as painful as the arthritis, it was annoying. Still not a deal breaker since I'm finallly enjoying my practice. However... the worst part was they were nearly impossible to get off and seriously caused so much pain in my thumb joints just getting them off, I felt like I dislocated my thumbs. It hurt worse than doing a practice without them and I've been too afraid to try them again for fear of how the heck I'm going to get them off. I have a pair of weight lifting gloves that have two strings sewn to the finger holes and when you're done with your workout you can use those strings to pull them off. I wonder if that's something Wags would consider. They're worth 5 stars, if I could only wear them without fear.

Concept works. The padding is perfect and after yoga I don’t wake up the next morning feeling like there are hot pokers running from my wrists out my fingers.HOWEVER, after 5 classes, they are falling apart. The top slightly sticky layer is separating at the seams and peeling off. So during class I was finding pieces on my yoga mat.They do tend to ride up and rub the webbing between the fingers, but I think I could get used to that.At $30, if they lasted a year, I’d have no problem. I can’t afford the more expensive glove models, so I am contemplating taking the pads out and incorporating them into some other gloves.

These gloves really help the arthritis at the base of my thumbs. I can now go back to doing yoga 3-4x a week without pain. Yes, the gloves ride up during downward facing dog but not enough to deter me. I‘ve had my gloves For 4 months and they are holding up well but I think I’ll need another pair soon. I will buy these again.

Gloves offer good padding for palms but cause discomfort between fingers when applying pressure on yoga mat.

I purchased this same product a few years ago and have worn them out. Order a new pair. The quality of the new pair is not as nice as the original. They've changed the wrist portion from Velcro to all elastic making them a little difficult to remove. The vinyl material is of a lesser quality as well.

I bought this for yoga to help with my osteo arthritis left thumb joint issue but realize that it’s good for more than yoga. Maybe even knitting. Helps to keep my thumb in the thumb-forefinger circular position advised by hand therapist. I may even wear it when I go grocery shopping.
