Made my headset brand new. Came with the small plastic tool required to remove the old ones and a small insturction paper on how to do it. Simple and very useful and my headset is sparkling again. Recommended for anyone who wants a replacement

Its firmer than the original and not bad. But save your money for an original replacement instead while you still can… These hurt after wearing it for a while. And the noise cancelling doesn't work as effectively anymore.
