I love my laptop. Not heavy. Very portable. Worth the money. Functions greatly. Mine is not touch screen but in general, it is Good!!

In less than 4 months, the drive is toast! Cannot reset, cannot log-in, encryption key does not work, huge disappointment. I purchased for my kid to use in college, now everything is lost!

The laptop arrived very quickly and in excellent condition as advertised.

I got this laptop in work to use as large building hvac technical supervisor here are my personal impressions as this is considered a “work” laptop Pros: Build quality is excellent and comparable to that of my razer blade laptop The screen has deep blacks rich colors and it’s a great amount of brightness The keyboard lights up and is nice to type on The battery life seems to great 16gb ram it’s great and everything is fast Sound is clear and crisp as it uses special audio Very portable when I’m ready to take it to the field The charger is a 650w and it’s fast Slim sleek expensive looking laptop Cons It’s 14” screen is not enough for me at work so I requested a display The keyboard doesn’t have the number pad so again I requested a wireless keyboard and mouse for data entry It’s only 256gb storage and it’s going to fill soon Trackpad is slow had to turn it up to max speed setting idk why Sound is not that loud Summery This is a good laptop and I really can’t complain about it but for the listed price I’m seeing $1400+ I would just spend that on a MacBook Air with more gigs or a pro or a razer blade base model or even a dell xps (but that’s the last on my list) as I own(ed) these machines and they outshine this hp hands down. Bottom line there’s nothing fancy about this laptop other than the build quality. The missing keypad makes it hard for data entry and the screen is too small for me to type out my reports and while I do like it I wouldn’t buy it knowing what else I could get for the price. Laptop doesnt last 14.5 hours as said but atleast can do a good 4 hours. But product was as described in the online description and was shipped without damage.

After sending the wrong machine (wrong keyboard) I got the correct one a few weeks later. The notebook is working very well up to now and has met my expectations
