Deceptive picture on size

Sturdiness???? NO GOOD
The tostonera's base split open as soon as I started washing it for the first use (First two pictures), so I can say that it is NOT sturdy. It is easy to use, but the size is smaller than stated, therefor you cannot fit much filling into it.
