It is comfortable and the Velcro mechanism for closing seems to work well so far. I would prefer a little thicker band, but will see how this one wears. I have a similar one that is thick and I have used for years. It’s Velcro closure is not as sell thought out as this one and tore with use. I have some back strain problems and I find it good for a little support and keeping my back warm in the cooler seasons.

The material is okay, the breathability is okay, however the comfort isn't good; it ended up chafing in the bottom so much I had to use Vaseline.

This waist trimmer felt comfy and actually stayed put during my workouts. I wear the medium with the pink hem! It’s low-key cute but not flashy. It hugs without cutting in, so I could do squats and cardio without having to fuss with it. It does make me sweat in the middle, which seems to help during a quick session, and cleanup is easy. For anyone who wants a snug, everyday trimming belt that looks nice under a tee, this one’s a solid pick. No weird smells after a few uses, and the stitching held up fine. Make sure you clean it gently after each use tho!
