Q: How do the drawers close? Rough? Soft close?

Easy close, with a buffer just before fully closed. Really smooth. I like mine.

The drawers are very heavy duty with smooth sliders. I love the nightstand.

this is the one that looks like three drawers. However it only has two. The top drawer is a skinnier drawer, and the lower drawer is a deeper drawer.
