Love the way the timbre and volume of each 3 sounds can be changed. Tiny , unobtrusive and like the lack of nature sounds because for me it would be different to decide with too many choices. Pink noise always lulls me to sleep on this. I bought a back up!

I ordered 2 units, 1 in Jan and the other in Mar. the Mar unit has started malfunctioning on several occasions. the white noise would automatically switch off after a few hours despite being connected to a plug and have batteries in them. Jan unit still works fine. shows that the quality control isn't good.

I have tinnitus in both ears but one side is very strong from attending concerts without earplugs. It seems like I have been able to fall and stay asleep easier with this. My husband does not hear it, even to turn it off in the am. It does have an on/off switch (contrary to another review), timer, white/pink/brown noise setting. It is soothing as my home is actually too quiet, so quiet that my dad once said the only sound he hears is the ringing in HIS ears. There is also a pitch setting which makes it more treble vs base. The note or key is a little different than the note in my ear-I decided that it's better not to match or I'd really go nuts. I bought it to destress from the ringing and buzzing in my ear. I might use the coupon included for the vitamins, very clever co-marketing. I re-read my ENT doctor's visit notes and it says he told me two years ago to get a white/pink noise machine...I told my husband it went in one ear and out the other, lol. I will check for a week or so in case anyone has q's. I did not receive a cent or gift for this review, just making time to try and pay it forward and help another person who suffers from chronic tinnitus.

Not even 2 months old and it has stopped working, don’t waste your money on this piece of junk.

Ordered to help mask tinnitus at night ,but this product has a looping sound that is aggravating after awhile. I ended up purchasing a different product that says non looping which is better. Now I am trying to return this one and it won't let me, so beware if you purchase this one.
