Button is hard to press but
Button is hard to press but apparently it lights up automatically in the bath so I guess that’s a good thing, we’ve not tried it in the bath yet, but for a 3 year old (and 13 year old) who vocally told me it’s too hard to press for a kids toy. It’s pretty silly that it’s that hard otherwise the doll is beautiful and she loves it

My daughter LOVES this barbie
My daughter loves this barbie, she has played with it in the bath and takes it everywhere with her. She is only 2 and got this barbie for Christmas. The button however to turn the lights on is very stiff my daughter can't turn it on when she tries so I do it for her. I also thought the lights come on when in the bath on there own but that don't happen, not sure if I read wrong when I purchased the Barbie though.

Lights up in water!
My Daughter loves this, when used as a doll, pressing the button (slightly difficult, but my 5 year old doesn't have a problem) and has lovely patterns. Once in the bath it automatically lights up once in water (after 1st press) and as long as its not left out of water too long, if so, 1 press and it goes back to automatic lighting up as the tail fills with water. Very durable, water resistant and great quality.

Careful
Daughter absolutely loved this doll at bathtime until it stopped working and we realised water had gotten into the battery compartment, which caused them to leak and corrode the back of the doll. The compartment snapped when we tried to open it to get the leaked batteries out because of this. Not really safe.
