I was VERY wrong. This piece alone has been the best purchase for creating an effective home gym during this quarantine period; and it is the best money I have spent by far.Some of the reviews mention issues with comfort. First and foremost, if you are looking for comfort while working out, you probably dont need to be looking at this product in general. I dont mean that in a derogatory way, but this product is for people who are trying to really push their limits while making sure they retain proper form (and in doing so, getting even better results). Essentially, for most of the people who will truly utilize and enjoy this product, some discomfort while exercising is par for the course. With that said, once properly set up I find the Hawk Arm to be (relatively) very comfortable. Regardless of comfort, though, I really can stress enough how effective this one piece of equipment is for targeting Biceps and Triceps - WHILE making sure you maintain proper (and thereby effective) form.As someone who has been avidly lifting for over 15 years, and with an educational background in exercise science I can comfortably say that I highly, highly, highly recommend this product.

The negative reviews of this product must be for an old version? The padding is adequate and I can't imagine any discomfort issue unless you don't know how to adjust it so it rests on a comfortable part of your lower tricep instead of on the pointed end of your elbow. Or maybe that is also not quite comfortable enough for some? Those unable to tolerate slight discomfort will probably not do very well with working out in general

Does what it should . I'm very happy with this and how it truly isolates my biceps and triceps . I never used one before until recently and I'm very glad I did I was going to by another for my brother but they sold out so get em while you can I guess..there built well and seem to be the best value for this type of product :)

The Hawk was a gift for a training partner. My training partner is a little on the small size and it works quite well for her. I'm just a little bit bigger than her and it worked for me also. She loves it and it fits her quite well. I tried it and I like it too! I was thinking about getting one for myself as an extra arm blaster.

Uncomfortable to use

Works as it should. Has good padding. Keeps biceps isolated on curls.

I've been wanting arm blasters for awhile and I'm glad I chose this one! Great product especially for the price point. I found it to be very comfortable!

Does not fit well. Hurts back of my arms.

good for curls , a lot harder than doing them without it .

Going back and forth between a couple arm blasters and settled on this one (got a little worried because of some one star reviews) I’m not having any issues at all that I saw there. If you keep your abs tight through the curl (like you should for every exercise) you won’t have any back strain. Take your time to adjust for your hight and give it a go. Just a heads up, it will push into your lower chest which will not allow you to inhale at 100%. But that’s an arm blaster thing, not unique to this one.
