So I just got done measuring out my 3 grams on a scale and transferring the powder from the bag to a small grams cup which you have to tare off the scale and then you must slowly add until you reach 3 grams, only took me 15 attempts. Then after you get 3 grams then you must get a funnel to pour into your bottled water. The process was ridiculous because they could have said the teaspoon equivalent to 3 grams and I could have skipped every step and just pour in the teaspoon but it's OK. I love indulging my inner scientist but I think the average person would appreciate the teaspoon measurements. Taste is actually pleasant and fruity/earthy. Efficacy seemed well enough I didn't need to finish it. I didn't experience cramping or pain unlike Seneca leaf. It is too early to tell but I may like it as much as Cascarra segrada. You could probably take both together if you really needed to. As it is I took this with a healthy glass of magnesium citrate so it definitely worked.
