KU300107 Crystal Chandeliers Flush Mount Ceiling Light Lamp,Diameter 11.0 Inch Height 11.8 Inch, 3 Lights

From opening the box to installed and working it took me a little under two hours - and this including driving to Batteries + Bulbs to purchase a three pack of LED light bulbs. The instructions are a HOT MESS. There is no way I would have been able to In stock of this had I not watched YouTube instructional videos. The metal base comes assembled with the crossbeam; however you will have to mount them both to the ceiling - I would recommend two people. I did it by myself but my arms were tired trying to hold everything up. If it wasn’t for the copper ground wire - I would not have been able to do this by myself. I first installed all of the crystals. I recommend using slant tweezer to help you install the individual pieces. I installed 55 individual crystal strands fairly quickly. I then watched three YouTube video on how to remove and install lights. I turned off the power at the breaker box which was challenging because I had no lights on the closet of the bedroom. Luckily I had two of those old time lanterns and they were bright enough to work by. I removed my old light then I installed the new one. I installed the ground wire first, that way the light was secured and could hang without falling. I then twisted the wires, white to white. Then black to black. Then I capped them using the orange cones. Then I secured the cross bracing to the prior metal mount. This was a little challenging as my prior mount was smaller. I was only able to secure the cross bracing at two points not four. The hardest part for me was installing the chandelier mount to the cross-bracing. I had to screw and unscrew several times to get it to fit. Lastly, I screwed in the LED light bulbs and turned the breaker back on. I love it. It is so bright and glorious! I may by a second one for my guest bedroom closet.

This review is for the strong-willed single lady who’s thinking of installing this chandelier by herself to add some glam to her home. If you are some kind of handyman or DIY expert, stop reading reviews and just buy this gorgeous thing. You won’t regret it. Now, back to you, sister. Maybe you read the review from the 30 weeks pregnant lady who installed this lickety-split and thought “how hard can it be?” Maybe you’re thinking you can just watch some YouTube videos and figure it out. Well, I hate to bear bad news, but if you don’t know what you’re doing, this is TOUGH. No matter how easy everyone makes it sound, if you don’t have some experience with installing hardware or with electrical wiring, you are going to need help. It took me a few days to get this installed between looking up help online, watching videos and sending questions to friends with this kind of experience. I finally managed, in part motivated by an electrician’s quote of $150, and that was with me putting all the crystal strings on. (That part was a piece of cake incidentally.) I had shopped around a lot and there's no better value for a comparable chandelier. So look, girl, I know you’re independent and get things done on your own. But it is just seriously a struggle to hold this heavy thing and to twist the wires correctly and place the wire nuts on them all at the same time. Having a second person would have made a world of difference. As other reviewers mentioned, the worthless sheet of “instructions” is a total joke. There are plenty of pics up of how amazing this fixture looks installed, so I’m posting some of what it looks like during the struggle so you can determine if you are up for this. P.S. If this is your first home improvement project like it was mine and you manage, you will be SO proud and feel SO accomplished. In the end, I 100% feel it was worth the effort. P.P.S. Turn off the power supply to your light by flipping the switch in your fuse box so you don’t get electrocuted. GOOD LUCK!!

Excellent quality for the price! I can’t believe how affordable this was. The crystals are real and heavy. Not cheap or fake looking! Takes some time and patience to install. You have to hang each individual strand of crystals at a time. The directions say to install the crystals before you put the light up but don’t do that! Hang them last once you get the base up on the ceiling. Looks just as advertised. I am beyond thrilled with it. We put a dimmer switch in the room so the light can dim which will be great for my nursery and late night feedings cause when the light is on full strength it’s really bright! The chandelier does not come with bulbs, you need to go purchase those separate.

I am so pleased with this chandelier! It is simply gorgeous! I ordered two for our master bedroom and it has dressed it up and looks so elegant. The price is unbeatable. We looked at fixtures, just like this one, at Menards and they were so expensive, and this one looks just as nice as those. I was looking for a smaller profile, since our master bedroom is in our basement, and this fits perfectly! Easy to install, just takes a little time to hang all the strings of prisms. If you are thinking about ordering, don't hesitate!

I just got this light yesterday and installed it this morning. Overall I love how it looks - so sparkly and like a MUCH higher priced light fixture. If I was going to be completely honest, I found the install a bit trickier than some other lights I have purchased before. First the x shaped bracket is not made to screw onto the electrical box, which I found odd. You just attach it to your ceiling according to the instructions. Secondly the 4 screws that the light base fits onto (with decorate bolts to secure it) are in large sliding holes so that they can move all over the place making it REALLY hard to line them up with the holes. I'm not sure why those aren't stationary. In spite of those 2 criticisms I really love the look of it for the price and plan to buy a couple more of them for other places in my home.

I wish I had pictures, this piece is beautiful, easy to install and classes up any room. We installed it in our old apartment and it instantly took the room from out dated to understated.
