The box looked like someone has opened it and the product itself had a level which was damaged. I don’t know how can they look at the box and see that it was ok to ship. Definitely seemed like it was the last item on the shelf.

This is a poorly made product and doesn't serve its purpose at all. I bought it for my 65-inch LG OLED TV, but the bracket can't hold it straight. OLED TV weight is not balanced evenly as it is bottom-heavy and that's where the placing of bracket comes as well. The bracket cannot handle the uneven load despite the claims. Bottomline - the TV sags!

Good product, easy to install. Only downside is that it 15 digree till more . Good for it's price.this mount came in relatively fast.after an hour of drilling extremely big holes & fixing using the provided fishers & screws, my 65' OLED mounted like butter.very sturdy, excellent cable management, come with Every screw you need. higly recommended
