I expected better support from a mattress rated medium firmness, but when this mattress arrived we both sank deeply into it on day one. It was far too soft for us, I am on the large side and my wife is smaller than average and it was too soft for both. Within 10 min. on the mattress you sink so far in that it is hard to move around. I didn't give this a lower rating because it is a well built mattress, it was just too soft for our needs.

I bought this mattress for my 27 yr old son, after losing our home and town in the Camp Fire in Paradise, CA on 11/8/2018. He really likes this mattress. He wanted a firm mattress and says this is very comfortable. It’s firm, yet it gives enough to ease the pressure on his body. He sleeps very well on this mattress. We’ve had many memory foam mattresses the last 30 years. He says this is his favorite.

My wife and i are amazed with these mattresses,when they arrived we couldn't believe the small box they came in but once unpacked and the plastic removed they swelled to a full size mattress, They are firm and cool to sleep on ,great for my back no stiffness in the morning anymore. It only took an hour for them to completely fill out and are ready to sleep on. My wife likes the idea that the cover the mattress is in is zippered for easy cleaning . well worth the money .We had to add and extension on the end of our beds for theXL or extra length but what a great way now to take your shoes off and store under the bed for easy retrieval and not in the way to walk around the bed anymore ...we love them. Absolutely in live with this mattress. I’ve got the best sleep on my new mattress!!! My back pain has diminished and I’m sleeping sound all night long! Fast delivery and easy to assemble simply just open it! Looking to purchase one for my mother I love it so much.

The mattress wasn’t as firm as expected but still within expectations.To be clear, this is *definitely* an upgrade from a spring mattress.

Best purchase ever !!! The only thing is the t drop it at the curb and you will need help getting it into the house
