Between plantar fasciitis and a bunch of joint issues that cause me to alter my walk, I get a lot of foot and calf cramps. Sometimes they are just annoying, but often, they keep me awake or cause me to awaken, screaming and trying desperately to stretch my leg behind my head to alleviate the excruciating cramping. I read online that quinine was a good home remedy so I got a bottle of tonic water and kept it by my bed and sure enough, within ten minutes of a few swigs, relief! Knowing from using CBD oil for my autoimmune issues that holding a liquid under the tongue gets it into the bloodstream quickly, I wanted to try this. It’s much less cumbersome and tonic water has sugar (so I hate to not brush my teeth afterwards in the middle of the night) and I thought this might be even faster since it’s just the quinine. The instructions are to put it in liquid but I decided to try shaking the bottle, expressing what’s in the dropper, and filling the dropper only about 1/4 of the way. I then took that sublingually, holding it under my tongue for about a minute before swallowing. I kid you not, within three minutes the cramps were relaxing!!!! Obviously, check with a doctor especially if you’re on meds or have any health issues, and apparently a very small percentage of folks have a severe allergic reaction to quinine so if you’re like me and have had anaphylaxis before to meds, keep your EpiPen around just in case, but this stuff is life-changing if you frequently deal with shin splints and calf cramps and feet curling of their own spastic volition. I realize this probably sounds like I was paid to say this or something but I wasn’t. I paid $18 for it and don’t get anything for writing this, other than to hopefully help other sufferers. I’m actually going to get a second bottle, to keep upstairs where I watch tv in the evening, as it sometimes strikes there. As long as you’re not allergic to quinine and it doesn’t interfere with a med you’re on, get this stuff!

Smooth transaction and product seemed fresh and potent. Nice bitter taste. Used as part of a parasite cleanse.

Taste a bit strong though not a bad bad taste. Sometimes burns my stomach and don't know if normal. Dropper works ok, does not fill up and liquid does seep through top a tad or may have occurred in shipping. Will continue to trying it.

Really haven't taken it that long for any results. The taste is good. Price is right.
