Q: Can i use these to connect some of condenser microphones for church?

Yes, I use this in my studio to connect condenser microphones to my interface. It works fine.

Q: I have a hard time believing this weighs 15 ounces. Does anyone know the actual weight? I need to know for shipping.

15 ounces is definitely a misprint. More like 15 pounds. Sorry can't help more, mine is a semi permanent installation. Maybe contact Monoprice?

The one person has it right. The 1/4in can go both ways! I use two and power my monitors as well as the drummer uses his 6 channel board to mic his drums and send me the signal so I can mix him through the FOH mains! I don't own this particular brand but our band does use the 8x4 this way and it works fantastic! BTW as for using powered monitors only, that not true. I can send a Banana x 1/4in from one of our amps to power our monitors. Like I said it works Fantastic for our needs!

Q: where's the numbers on the male xlr connectors? i see them on the stage box, but not on the cables. the description said they are numbered

The are printed on the green and yellow cable strips near XLR and 1/4 connectors. Difficult to see, but they're there.
