The shampoo and conditioner both perform well on my long, wavy, colored hair that I often blowdry and straighten, leaving it clean, soft, smooth and lightly scented.I love the scent. Smells like cookies. Yum.A really good mid-priced shampoo and conditioner. A little goes a long way.My only issue is the "tub" of conditioner. I have a hard time in the shower getting the screw cap off, scooping out some product and then trying to get the lid back on before it gets shower water in. I have dropped the tub and had the product fall out of my hand while trying to operate the lid.It's not a deal breaker but there is a learning curve. I would prefer it in a flip-top tube.

Background: I have 2a, dense-but-fine, shoulder-length hair that has been balayaged. I LOVE this shampoo/conditioner. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth yet fresh and clean. The conditioner, though it looks and smells like a tub of vanilla frosting, actually applies with a lightweight and slick consistency that goes a long way. I use just enough to finger-comb it through my hair, leave it for a minute or two, then rinse lightly (not 100% out). It feels very hydrating without being heavy, which is always a difficult balance. I think Pacifica nailed it.I use the shampoo/conditioner every 2-3 days with the one exception being that I sub Pacifica’s purple toning shampoo once a week or so to combat brassiness. With this routine, my hair has literally never felt softer or looked shinier. I love the way it feels. The smell is also quite nice to me; it is stronger in the shower but doesn’t linger heavily after rinsing. As someone trying to improve my consumer ethics, I appreciate that they are vegan/cruelty free and don’t use artificial scents or sulfates. Overall, I love these products and hope they are sold for many years to come!

I am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances, so for me to find a good shampoo and conditioner is a challenge. The brand I have used for the last 20 years switched up their formula and I had to stop using it. After trying many of Pacifica’s products I went with their vegan silk line. I now have it on a subscription to come once a month. I use a lot of shampoo and conditioner as I have very thick yet fine hair but it lasts plenty. It has a very mild vanilla scent which works well for me, if one wishes for something with more scent I would recommend their rosemary mint, their beach waves (smells like banana) or their rose scented shampoo and conditioner as they will leave ones hair equally soft but with more scent to them.So happy to have found Pacifica though, for the first time in 20 years I have also been able to wear perfume as their brand uses all natural fragrances. I am so stoked.

Love Pacifica products but 9/10 times the lids leak all over the plastic packaging and onto your other items.

The shampoo and conditioner are great, however this time the cap flipped open and a great deal of shampoo leaked all over the packaging. The saving grace is that it was in a plastic bag.

Absolute garbage product line. False advertising!!! The shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel dry, like straw!! Zero moisture, zero shine. I also purchased the instant gloss and there was no notable difference. I called Pacifica to tell them about my experience and it was an overseas customer service line and she said I am not suitable to use Pacifica products lol whatever that means. Do NOT waste your money!! All of this crap is being returned! You want good shampoo and conditioner? Try the ordinary, so good!

After searching and trying numerous shampoo and conditioners, this one tops the charts for me! My hair was damaged so trying to find a product that was not full of harmful chemicals was important to me. Having a product that actually works and holds true to the advertising, this one NAILS it! 5 plus stars.
