So happy I have a new laptop with this battery.......

I was using my laptop connected all the time. Also it was getting very hot while using it. I bought this battery and I'm using my laptop as new again. It is relatively new, but I was really frustrated that it didn't charge anymore. Now it is always charged and ready to use. This battery is identical to the original my laptop had, it doesn't have the brand name of course, but it is compatible and very easy to install. I waited some time to review it 'cause I wanted to make sure I was no going to have any issues with it. Thanks to the seller and Amazon! I recommend it.

One extra step may be needed

I first drained the battery to 5% as instructed, then laptop turned off. I couldn't get it to charge then above 5%. I powered off laptop and unseated the battery, then put it back in. Battery charged to 100% and everything is fine.
