The media could not be loaded. The fountain is lovely but quality-wise it could be much better. I added some crystals in coffee and clear colours because I prefer them to the stones, when I keep it indoors. Let's hope the pump lasts for some time!

The water feature looks good and is fine. However, the buying experience had been disappointing. The first time I received the parcel with the breakage, I give the benefit of the doubt on the delivery/transit which might have caused the breakage. Nonetheless, the amazon team were super supportive and helpful and quickly refunded the monies. I re-ordered it, and this time received it intact, however, the pebbles and LED lights which were to be part of the parcel and made the product complete, were missing. This was a gift and hence it isn't good to have issues more than once.The distributor/supplier, Alpine Corporation, can you please deliver the missing bits - Pebbles and LED lights of the water feature.And, they should ensure that products are delivered in full and intact and we don't have to face such issues. Thank you.

It is a lovely water feature but sadly mine just stopped working.

Could not be delivered on time. Asked for a refund which duly arrived, followed by the item being delivered 3days after the refund. WHAT A SHAMBLES!!!!!!!!!!

Fountains arrived and it is lovely but unfortunately there was no stones nor lights on the fountain as advised I did try and ask for a replacement as I am happy with the fountain just need the correct one sending out but no option to do this

It works perfectly but I was put out that the stones were missing so had to buy some to fill where the should be.Otherwise it is value for money

I received fountain but without stones and led lights. That's why 3stars, i reported that to Alpine costumer service and get quick response and help with my problem, so I'm happy now
