Very good to build immunity.

Took this for a few months and that gave me a lot of relief from digestive problems. Capsules are easy to swallow and I didn’t get any side effects as such.

I have tested it with milk bacteria are alive 👍. New update, after 2 week I used it for curd and nothing happened to milk.i think some of capsules are dead.
