I've taken it for months at a time and even had bloodwork done and it always comes out just perfect.I use it when I am trying to lean down, keeps my metabolism working great!I, of course, take it while watching my diet and exercising. Clean burn is a must have for me when I’m in my cutting phase. It helps cut my appetite without stimulants (as I’m sensitive). I notice a big difference without it. I’ll always have this in my line up. Thanks KM!

I just want to put it out there that I never leave reviews, however I felt obligated to do one for this product. I absolutely love it!!! It has really helped curve the cravings as well as help drop the pounds off the belly area, all while not making me feel like I was going to have a heart attack like some of the competitors. I have lost about 10 lbs. on these so far, with a moderate work out time of about 30-40 minutes a day. For the price point these are selling they are definitely worth it, as they are competitively priced compared to others on the market. I bought this product with my own money, so this isn't some review for free stuff.
