This looks very nice and my renter is thrilled to have a rain shower head. Installations went smoothly up until testing for leaks. My leak was from the joint between where you connect it to the arm out of the wall and where it splits for the other connections. Came from the manufacturer that way, or perhaps I loosened it while attaching to the arm. Either way, if this is loose for you and you need to tighten it, be aware it's a reverse thread. Once I got that tightened up everything was great. Now we'll see how stable the entire apparatus is - to me it felt as if it could move too easily on the ball joint. Yes, I tightened everything including with the allen wrench.

I bought this on sale for a little less than $30.My issue, was user error, being I'm a 6'3", my own fault for not researching further, but the extension bar isn't long enough for me personally.As for the product itself, It's overall decent. Worth the $30 while on sale. You can tell it's a little lower quality and the water pressure is shared when turned. You either get the full pressure on the rain fall or split pressure on the two shower heads combined.The splitter doesn't seem to hold the weight of the shower head very well. I had to angle it to reach the top of my head and the weight of it caused it to keep falling over without a way to further tighten it down.Now with all things said and done, It's still worth the $30. I plan on just finding a way to mount it to the shower ceiling.If you're looking for a cheap solution to try this kind of shower head, this is a great deal. Just be sure you measure your height in comparison first to be sure the extender bar will raise it far enough to be above your head.

I purchased this product interested in the waterfall head with the handheld as well. I asked my son to install it but got tired of waiting on him so I installed it myself. It was SUPER easy. One of the most helpful things of all to me was the instructions specified to use 6-8 turns of the teflon tape (which was included!) on each connection. I have NEVER seen anyone give that specification and was always left wondering how much was enough. Now I will know. I am not a plumber or a handyman. It was such a super easy install with everything included.I appreciate the quality of the diverter. I have had plastic ones in the past that were so flimsy but this one seems good quality. The handheld shower seems cheapy plastic but I did not expect super high quality for the price. It will get the job done and I have been impressed with it along with the holder that sticks on the wall. I love how you can adjust the angle of the hand shower as the holder tilts. I have never had a holder like that before and I like the method. It took me a minute to figure out how it installed as there were some extra stick on wall hooks that were included in the package and I thought somehow they were related as there were no instructions about the holder but the hooks were just a bonus. You just peel off the covering on the adhesive and stick it where you want it. I kind of wished I would have raised it slightly higher on the wall but that's on me. This method is miles above the ones that attach the handheld to the shower pipe as it doesn't create extra weight and stress and strain up there. Also, it makes the handheld more useful to me. I have used it even more than I expected.The waterfall piece is thin and light. Not sure how it will hold up over time but we are enjoying it for now. I went for this larger one. One of my only disappointments is not thinking through the adjustable arm and that the width of the waterfall piece doesn't allow me to have the arm up at full height and the waterfall completely flat. I wanted the adjustable arm to raise the height of the shower in my super old home where they put the pipe WAY too low. It's too low for me at 5'8" and my poor over 6' son was really having a time. This one raises it up enough, however, in spite of the issue mentioned above and it is just slightly angled to give us the greatest height vs angle combination. I like the adjustable arm.I am totally happy with this set up. It was great value. My biggest sadness is that it seemed to only be available in this chrome finish. I would greatly have preferred a brushed finish to better coordinate with my brushed nickel faucets and not show water spots so badly but I am content for the function and the price.
