I traveled 500 miles by plane to see the best doctor anyone I know knows of of, and he did a full evaluation. His determination was that I had extreme leaky gut (by stomach lining is destroyed), pancreas is barely functioning, and insulin resistance.Other medical practitioners (Naturopaths and Gastroenterological Team) were clueless and just prescribed little helper herbs onsie twosie. NO good. I'm FAR too sick for small solutions. It gives me nausea and queasiness. But! I AM feeling and looking better with less pain and brain fog and better sleep etc. So I do believe it is really working.This stuff is no joke. If your stomach is destroyed you need the building blocks and this stuff (combined with other potent herbs) is it. It's expensive but less expensive than surgery. It's painful to digest but less painful than pooping out acid (which is where I was before).Recommended. If your doctor prescribes this you better shut up and do what they say. It tastes bad but better to endure that than rely on drugs and surgery that may or may not fix the problem.

It's a real good product as far as giving your body a lot of energy. However, it has high sugar content. So every time I take it for a few days in a row, my blood sugars spikes and I suffer. So I take it every now and then.
