Well-balanced and full-bodied Caffe Verona is a storied dark roast with notes of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar. More About This Coffee: This is a coffee of one true love and three names. We created it just for a Seattle restaurant in 1975, naming it Jake’s Blend. And people loved it. So many, in fact, that we began hand-scooping and blending it to order in our stores, where it was known as 80/20 Blend for the recipe. The love was so strong we finally made it official, calling it Verona after the city that inspires so many. By any name, this is a thing of pure romance. From K-Cup to the Perfect Cup: It's easy to brew the perfect cup at home with your favorite Starbucks K-Cup pods. You'll discover a variety of blends to fit your mood, the season or the tastes of gathered guests. Adding a touch of inspiration like milk, cream, syrup or a variety of other customizations lets you put a personal twist on your favorite Starbucks brew. Starbucks K-Cup pods make a perfect cup of coffee easy to enjoy—whether it's a moment at the start of a new day, or as a reward at the end of a long one. Review: This Dark Roast Hits Harder Than My Alarm Clock - If you’re tired of wimpy morning brews that taste like watered-down regret, meet Starbucks Sumatra K-Cups – the bold, brooding tiger of the coffee world. This single-origin dark roast from Indonesia is like that mysterious friend who shows up to the party with an earthy vibe, herbal spice notes, and a full-bodied hug that lingers longer than your ex’s texts. First sip? It’s big and captivating, with flavors of rich herbs, rustic spice, and a subtle earthiness that makes you feel like you’re sipping coffee in a lush rainforest (minus the bugs and humidity). No harsh bitterness here – it’s surprisingly smooth, low in acidity, and won’t wreck your stomach like some aggressive dark roasts. Think smoky chocolate undertones with a herbal kick – perfect black, or dressed up with cream if you’re feeling fancy. The K-Cup convenience is a game-changer: pop one in your Keurig, hit brew, and boom – a consistently bold cup in under a minute. No grinding, no mess, just pure volcanic Indonesian magic. It’s ethically sourced too, so you can feel good about supporting farmers while conquering your day. Downsides? It’s not for light-roast lovers who want fruity brightness – this one’s unapologetically dark and intense. If mild coffee is your jam, it’ll probably scare you off like a real Sumatran tiger. Also, stock up when on sale, as premium pods aren’t cheap. Overall: 5/5 stars. This is my go-to for waking up like a boss. If coffee had personality types, Sumatra would be the adventurous introvert – deep, complex, and unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their morning jolt to have actual character! Review: The price is right! - First of all Starbucks K cup French roast is the best French roast. I have found using the Internet. Now that coffee is so expensive in the store anywhere from a dollar to $1.25 a pod you could buy Starbucks coffee, same coffee same great taste, from $.45 a pod to a dollar apart. But if you buy in bulk like I do I buy 96 at a time the price is around $.52 which is almost a quarter of what you would pay in the store

Rich, bold and reliable!!
I’ve tried a lot of K-cups over the years, but I always end up coming back to the Starbucks Dark Roast. The 40-pack is a great value, especially if you go through coffee quickly like I do. Each pod brews consistently with that signature bold, smoky flavor you expect from a darker roast—strong enough to wake you up but still smooth without any bitterness. The pods don’t feel weak or watered down like some brands, and they work perfectly in my Keurig with no issues. I also appreciate that the flavor stays the same from cup to cup. If you love a deep, rich coffee that actually tastes like a real Starbucks cup, this is a solid choice. Highly recommend for anyone who prefers a strong morning brew or wants a dependable dark roast to keep stocked

Perfect Cup of Coffee
Good value. I usually get my coffee through Keurig but the price is just as good on Amazon. The Caffe Verona is the best tasting coffee for me. I like a strong blend and it is but it's also smooth. The taste can't be beat and I have tried many cups of coffee in my life. This one is perfect
