MiLocks TKK-02SN Tkk-Sn Digital Door Knob Lock with Electronic Keypad, Satin Nickel, Keypad, Keyless

We've had ours for almost a year now. We have two, and I'm probably getting another one soon. They were very easy to install and work great. The batteries last a long time and really depend on how often you use the mechanism to lock/unlock the door instead of the key. In the year we've had them, we needed to replace the batteries once on the one that gets more use but not the other. The clicking sound that I've seen mentioned in a couple reviews could be the door not getting unlocked/locked all the way. If its not locked/unlocked all the way and the mechanism tries to unlock/lock it, it makes an awful clicking grinding sound and does not unlock/lock. I've only had this issue twice (and those two times were thanks to my two year old). The beeping is pretty quiet, but the mechanism that unlocks (or autolocks) the door is pretty loud. The autolock feature you can turn off or on depending on your preference. It takes a few seconds before the door locks on its own, so if you're trying to be quiet you just lock it manually before the door locks itself. The only issue other than the mechanism being pretty loud is that sometimes the numbers will register that they were pressed twice (or not at all) when you try to put in your code so just be deliberate when you put your code in and you won't have a problem....oh and don't use a six digit code like I did on the first one....keep it to four digits and you'll be happier. :)

I don’t write a lot of reviews. This was easy to install using existing hardware on door frame. I’ve had it a month and it is installed indoors. I love not having to bring my key with me. Backup keys are also locked away separately. I have had no issues and it works great! Price was good compared to other models. I didn’t need something heavy duty. This fits my needs.

I have purchased three of these locks and ALL malfunctioned. They work great for a few months, then for no reason the pin code stops working and you need a key to unlock. You re-program, it works a couple times, then the code doesn't work.The really dangerous part is that the doorknob will lock on their own. The door is verified unlocked, you simply turning the doorknob to open, and that may reset the knob to locked. I got locked in a bedroom because the door locked on its own, and the unlock button in the room side was frozen and would not turn.Fortunately I found a letter opener that had a slot in the handle I was able to use as a wrench and force the button to open position and get out.DO NOT BUY MiLOCKS PRODUCTS. ALL THREE FAILED TO FUNCTION AFTER NORMAL USE.

I installed the Digital Door Knob Lock on a closet door, and overall, it works great! The keypad is easy to use, and the lock functions smoothly without any issues. It does the job, but if you’re looking for something heavy-duty, you might want to consider a more robust model. Still, for the price, it’s a solid buy!

Bought December 2022. Installed that month. Stopped working November 2023. Tried everything - batteries, checking connections, resetting. Nothing worked. I think the keypad on it just died or something.Just replaced with a Honeywell.All in all I don’t recommend this lock. Worked great when it did but once it started glitching it was all over.

Easy to install and use. We purchased 2 and one came damaged. We got it replaced quickly. We have had them for months now and haven't had any problems. They are a nice sleek design and great keyless entry for any room. My husband set the codes but it looked easy enough. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow.

The installation was easy. The functionality is simple. The programming is easy as well.The problem I encountered is with the keypad. After installation, I inserted the battery and pressing some buttons, I noticed the keypad is not flush with the door panel. I thought it was my fault, so I removed it and reinstalled it, adjust the screws by loosing it and tightening it a few times, going back and forth, but it never flush with the door panel. There's a little bit of gap, and I also thought maybe it was my door, but anyways too much trouble to troubleshoot.I tried the best I could to make the keypad flush with the door panel, but problem still exist, the keypad have very deep buttons now, especially the top row buttons, I had to be real careful when pressing otherwise the buttons will get stuck on the keypad frame.Other than the keypad deep buttons issue, it seems to well, very sturdy.

Purchased 8 2022 mounting was easy fits standard door. It is now 2 2025 lock still working perfectly had to change batteries twice recommended to use a quality battery regular alkaline didn't last long put some Energizer max lithium and been in there for a year still working good. I use door daily sometimes multiple times. Easy to change code, instructions on back of battery lid. Over all good buy would buy again
